Les Dames d’Escoffier International is a philanthropic organization of women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality. The by-invitation membership, composed of over 2,400 members in 42 chapters in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France and Mexico, is highly diversified and reflects the multifaceted fields of contemporary gastronomy and hospitality.
The Portland chapter, established in 2015, is an organization of some of the cities finest women representing the culinary arts. We are restaurateurs, cooks, bakers, authors, educators, wine makers, farmers, media personalities…bottom line, we are intelligent ladies with damn good taste who would like to share their knowledge and experiences with you!
LDEI is an international organization of women leaders who create a supportive culture in their communities to achieve excellence in the food, fine beverage and hospitality fields.
