Les Dames Portland presents Claudia Lucero, founder of Urban Cheesecraft and author of One Hour Cheese, Cooking with Whey, and Instant Pot Cheese, for an evening of French-style cheesemaking, tasting and bonus networking!

This session will feature a live demonstration of a classic cultured cheese, with simple, approachable techniques designed for home kitchens.

Guests will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on elements, ask questions, taste French cultured cheeses and connect with fellow women in the culinary, beverage and hospitality community.
