It's time for a holiday-themed Skill Share with The Portland Chapter of Les Dames D'Escoffier! Join us at the Food Innovation Center for a cozy, festive workshop with Sarah Marshall of Marshall’s Haute Sauce! Learn the art of batching personalized food gifts using local seasonal ingredients.

Sarah will walk us through making small-batch infused vinegars, spicy fire cider, and custom seasonal simple syrups—perfect for holiday cocktails, marinades, and host gifts.

Bring your love for local flavor and leave with practical techniques and inspiration for your holiday gift-giving!

Make French-Style Cultured Cheeses with Claudia Lucero

Les Dames Portland presents Claudia Lucero, founder of Urban Cheesecraft and author of One Hour Cheese, Cooking with Whey, and Instant Pot Cheese, for an evening of French-style cheesemaking, tasting and bonus networking!

This session will feature a live demonstration of a classic cultured cheese, with simple, approachable techniques designed for home kitchens.

Guests will have the opportunity to participate in hands-on elements, ask questions, taste French cultured cheeses and connect with fellow women in the culinary, beverage and hospitality community.
