Learn how to make French Macarons from the master, Decadent Creations Bakery owner & local Chopped champion, Mindy Crosato!

• Mindy will demonstrate mixing and piping the macaron batter.
  Mindy will mix a batch of macaron filling and students will learn about different flavor variants.

• Each student will fill their own macarons to take home (approx 6)!

Cost: Free to LDEI PDX Chapter members, $25.00 to non-members
