Emily Everett Bio Photo.jpg

Emily Everett

Emily Everett has spent the majority of her career doing one thing: creating places where people feel genuinely taken care of.

As General Manager of Abbey Road Farm Winery & B&B, Emily joined the property in 2017 as its first employee. She shepherded the property through every stage of its evolution — overseeing the B&B, guiding the planting of the vineyard, and leading the conversion of a horse arena into an award-winning winery, tasting room, and event center tucked into the hills of the Willamette Valley.

Her background is rooted in food and restaurants. After leaving the corporate world, she opened Mac! Mac & Cheesery, a quick-service mac and cheese concept. That foundation led her to co-found Quaintrelle, a celebrated fine dining destination known for its innovative farm-to-table cuisine and thoughtfully curated wine program. When her business partners acquired Abbey Road Farm, Emily took the helm of the property while continuing to lead Quaintrelle — eventually planting a culinary garden, launching a hog program, and transforming Quaintrelle into 82 Acres, a restaurant rooted almost entirely in what the farm itself produces.

At every step, Emily has operated by a single guiding principle: excellence without pretense. She believes extraordinary experiences should feel warm, welcoming and for everyone.
