Volunteer Committee Chair

Katherine Cole is a James Beard Award-winning fine wine expert and the author of five books on wine, including Rosé All Day and Sparkling Wine Anytime. She is also the host and executive producer of the The Four Top, an IACP-award-winning podcast covering hot-button topics in wine and food culture. A graduate of Harvard College and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, Katherine is a member of the Circle of Wine Writers and has been named to the “Imbibe 75” list of “the people, places and flavors that will help shape the way we all drink.”

Katherine's day job is her role as Communications Director for Vin Agency, a creative firm serving fine wineries worldwide. She is an avid skier, hiker, and cyclist, and single mother of two girls. She also proudly serves on the board of Portland Backpack, an organization providing meals to kids at risk of hunger through the Portland Public Schools and Portland Parks & Rec.
